This is one of the most glorious days of our existence, with all the financial problems we had to know that something that we work hard for is not going to be taken away.Thanks to Janian and Associates, we are very pleased with the service and we thank God that your Law firm keeps up the Excellent work. Pierre,Jose and everyone else done fantastic job. We didn't think it was possible going from paying $1892 a month to 882.26 a month WOW. I hired Janian & Associates after extensive research on the internet. All of the links my rep provided me with checked out, such as Better Business Bureau, State Bar, etc. I took it a step further and Googled Janian and Associates. I also typed "Janian and Associates complaints", "Janian and Associates reviewed", and many other combinations of key words. After going through 15 pages on the search engine with about 10 websites per page, I couldn't find a single negative remark about this law firm. It took a little longer than the 3-4 months my rep said it would, but it was worth the wait. At about day 106 I received my modification papers. Janian forced my lender to cut my payment from $1580 down to $775. I couldn't be happier. To top it off they got these results after I tried for a year to get this done on my own. My only regret is wasting that year on the phones with my lender. These guys are the real deal.

Before I selected a company to help me, I was very careful to due all the proper research. I checked this law firm on the BBB and the state bar website. All the reviews were very positive and the law firms background seemed well suited for my goal of trying to get my loan modified. My case manager was Tony who was exceptional. He was very informative, patient, and always stayed in touch with me throughout the process. I did not speak with the negotiator that much, but I had a constant communication line through Tony. After two months of anxiously awaiting, I got the news that my payment was dropped by just over a $1,000 which was close to a 50% drop in my monthly payment. More importantly, they stopped foreclosure on my house! I almost broke down! My experience with this law firm far surpassed what I was expecting from this process in general. I can honestly say that they have provided my family and I the opportunity to live again. I feel blessed.

I have just recently started the modification process with this company so I don't have any results but I can say that We are dealing with Megan and she is absolutely wonderful. She is very informative and patient with the million questions I ask! I have read all the reviews on here from other people and I am VERY optimistic. I will post again when everything is all done!

I dealt with Dean and was treated with utmost respect and courtesy. I had a Sale date for my home, I hired this law firm 1 day before my scedualed sale date and they were able to postponed it and I am now actually being considered for a modification. I have been dealing with Bank of America for almost 1 year and I have been rejected atleast 5-6 times for a modification. I called Janian and Associates and they got my sale date postponed and got my file to be considered for a loan modification. I have yet to hear the final word on this but i already feel at ease after speaking with these folks. I was told that it might take up to 60 days to get my trail modification.

Professional team. Very good customer support. This company modified my loan in 65 days. For now, I have a fixed loan and got qualified for Obama's plan. They combined my 2 loans in one and I am saving 1118.88 a month. I want to thank Mr. Miller for support and care about me and my family :). Very professional legal adviser. Great people worked on my file. My foreclosure was canceled and am saving a total of 538 per month on my new loan. The process took little more than 60 days but it was worth the wait.

Wonderful people, I will advise anyone to use this office. Great service, great communication. My consultant got almost $700 knocked off from my monthly mortgage payment. He also converted my interest only payment into a 30-year fixed which includes taxes and insurance.

I spoke first with this office in late October. They assured me that everything was going to be fine and am not going to lose my home. Surely enough, a week before Christmas, they contacted me with an unbelievable offer. I will be saving almost $1300 off of my mortgage !! I had to see it on paper to believe it.

My Thanksgiving Holiday got better because of Janian and Associates.
My bank set my forclosuer date on November 28, the day after Thanksgiving. I tried to contact my lender throughout 2009 only to be told that i don't qualify. After many failed attempts, I hired this office on November 23 with my forcosuer date days away. My negotiator worked with me, he was very friendly and concerned for my well being, he returned all my calls and my emails. He even worked during the Thanksgiving Holiday when he really didn't have to, he did it to save my home, a few hours before my trustee sale date, he called me with the good news, my foreclosure has been postponed while my lender is reviwng my file as now am being considered for a loan modification. I spent 9 months trying to work with Wells Fargo and I was not getting anywhere with them. This law firm took my file on November 23, and this morning I got my conformation that I don't have a trustee sale date anymore, and now am being considered for a workout. Even though it has only been 5 days since I hired this office, I already feel safe and secure and must recommend to anyone out there seeking assistance.

I hired the law offices of Janian and associates in October 09 after skipping almost 13 months of mortgage payments. i tried atleast 6 times over the past 13 months to work with my lender but they kept turning me down and in the end they set a sale date on my home that I lived in for the past 6 years. My negotiator Anthony called me earlier today and told me that I was pre-approved for the obama plan and the foreclosure was canceled. Because of this firm and Anthony my negotiator, I am keeping my home.My first modified payment will begin December 1, all the past due amount was put on the back of the loan. My new interest rate is almost at 4% which is much better than the 9.25% I was paying before I defaulted. I would highly recommend this law firm to any individual seeking professional legal help with their mortgage.

I RECIVED MY RESULTS TODAY. MY FORCLSURE SALE DATE THE LENDER SET HAD BEEN CANCELED. MY NEGOTOATOR BESSIE GOT ME ON A NEW 30 YEAR FIXED LOAN AND AM SAVING $570 PER MONTH. TOOK ABOUT 2 MONTHS TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS BUT WELL WORTH THE WAIT.

This was a great law firm, the people who worked on my file had an excellent knowledge in their field. I hired this law firm on September 28, 2009. Yesterday I was told by my consultant that my interest-only loan had been modified. They got me a new payment under a 30-year fixed mortgage which includes principle, interest, taxes and insurance while still saving $734 per month.

I would like to say that my experience with this company has been absolutely terrific!
This morning I received a phone call from my assigned negotiator telling me the great news. My payments has been decreased by almost $1,200 per month !
words can not describe how I feel right now. My home was saved because of this law office, and the excellent negotiator who handled my case with such care, Thank you, Thank You !!!!!!!!!!!
